How much can I earn and for doing what?

It won't make you rich but web based re-selling can cover your present server, ISP, and website maintenance costs! How? For every customer sale directed from your site we pay you approx. 20% of the purchase price as commission for helping to promote our products to new customers. For example, on a typical $5.00 product sale you'll receive $1.00 for each sale deposited directly into your PayPal account. Peanuts you say? Not bad for doing nothing except having an active link accessible on your site for visitors!

So just how does this work?

An "intelligent" coded link is generated for you by PayLoadZ, our software distributing service, for you to place on your site. The link, when clicked, will direct a visitor from your site to the download information retaining your referral code embedded in it which credits you as the referer. All transactions are made exclusively between the visitor and PayPal to ensure 100% full security! You don't provide, mail or stock any item yourself. You simply display the special link to the download and do what ever promotion you want to do to encourage your visitors to check it out! Your promotional style and intensity is totally up to you to design and fit to your site's theme ! You maintain full creative license. The rest is fully automated by Payloadz and PayPal software and you will receive a monthly commission on those sales refered by your site in our store! Commisions are deposited directly into your PayPal Account as a transfer from our PayPal account. Fully automated and 100% PayPal secure.

Will it cost me anything to become an Affiliate Reseller?

No. Becoming an affiliate is absolutely free. No hidden fees or agendas. We are only looking to extend our advertising space and find folks that are willing to promote our downloadable software products and packages and enjoy earning a commission for it.

When and how do I get paid?

Each time a product is sold in our store as a result of your affiliate referral link, the PayLoadZ system will notify you (the affiliate) of that sale via eMail. At the end of the month, all of your sales are combined into one payment transaction via PayPal. We pay all of our authorized affiliate resellers their monthly commissions through PayPal's secured direct deposit software at the start of the month for any sale(s) booked in the prior month. Regardless of how small the payment is. It's that simple! We are fullyregistered with PayPal as a merchant.

Can non-US users use Pay Pal?

Yes. PayPal / PayLoadZ is set up for a number of non-US countries. For a complete list, as well as information on opening up an international account, see the Pay Pal International Account info page. Please note that Pay Pal will charge a money conversion fee to convert the funds from US to your local currency.

How can I promote the links I embed?

That's totally up to you! Once signed up as an authorized reseller you become authorized to promote the links and products on your web site or blog any way you like. Many affiliates use the right or left margins on their sites, some copy and paste the graphics on the left of this site or other graphics which can be found on the OpenWeb Downloads sites. Some affiliates write articles or blog posts about about a particular download with an excerpt of descriptions from our site and include the links and images in their posts. We recommend you only leave posts on pertinent forums that are on topic related to the download and not SPAM other sites! An activity which we all frown upon!! We reserve the right to cancel any Affiliate membership who flagrantly spams sites if we receive a complaint. Other than that, be respectful in the way you advertise our downloads, and also have patience. As the overall traffic to your site increases so will the likelihood of sales, and without you doing much of anything! The important thing to remember is to be sure you include the full link provided to you by our PayLoadZ download distributor which will contain your affiliate ID Code. Then promote and market the link, and be patient! That's all there is to it !

How does Open Web Downloads track buyers to verify that I am properly credited?

Affiliate sales are tracked using cookies in the customer’s web browser. When your customers click on the affiliate’s link that either sends them to PayPal or to Open Web Downloads site, our system sets a cookie in their browser and attaches affiliate’s ID to that transaction. Referral cookies exist for 10 days in the customer’s browser so you will get credit for any purchase by that visitor made within the 10 days of that click to our store!.

Ok, Where do I find digital downloads to resell ??

Some starter products are listed here on the left margin of this page. You must have a PayPal account in order for us to pay you for your re-sales. Sorry, no exceptions. PayPal hasa highly secured process and that's all we use for commision payment. Affiliates are authorized to resell any or all of the products you see on your left as well as others at the OpenWeb Downloads site. Simply click on any of the "SIGN UP " links and follow the directions. PayPal and PayLoadz will ask you for registration information on THEIR secured servers (not ours) to ensure security and will then provide YOU with a link with your new affiliate code associated with our merchant ID #. Be sure to embed the full link provided to you. You are free to cut and paste product descriptions from our Emporium Store or from Payloadz to promote our products directly on your blog posts or in your website's margins. We permit that. Be creative !! It pays :)
